Situated on the ground floor of an 18th Century Palazzo, our most recently refurbished property seamlessly fuses traditional and contemporary accents.  Italian design sits elegantly alongside lovingly restored original features such as the impressive oak beams dating back to the 1700's and traditional Venetian terrazzo flooring.  

A large master bedroom is set off an internal courtyard, providing a tranquil haven in which to relax and unwind. The smaller twin bedroom overlooking the Rio San Michele allows guests to share the experience with up to four people. The decadent bathroom boasts a generous shower and beautiful wrought iron fixtures. You'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay, from  luxurious toiletries to useful items such as travel adaptors and mosquito repellent.

The real show stopper however is the "Salotto" (living room) with it's three large windows giving perfect views to the Grand Canal.  Spacious and bright, it has been decorated in soft hues of “bellini”, and “gold” to complement the shimmering light reflected from the water outside. Sit back with a prosecco and enjoy the hustle and bustle of daily life on one of the worlds most iconic waterways passing by your windows.

With a sleek and fully equipped kitchenette, you'll have everything you need to cook at home should you decide not to take advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby.  Minutes away from a supermarket, sourcing your ingredients will almost become too easy but we also encourage you to check out the fish, fruit and vegetable markets by the Rialto Bridge.  Home to the city's market since 1097,  this is in fact the oldest part of the city and should not be missed, regardless of your shopping list.  

A stone’s throw from Sant’Angelo Vaporetto water stop, you'll have immediate access to the main transport system in Venice. From here you can also get the Alilaguna which will easily take you to and from the airport. The Palazzo has a front entrance accessible by water and private taxis can be arranged ahead of time for ultimate convenience.  The apartment is located in the heart of Venice (San Marco) which means that you will be ideally situated to explore all of wonders the city has to offer.  From your front door, you'll be 600 metres away from Saint Mark's Square, a 5 minute walk to the Accademia Bridge and only 8 minutes to Rialto! We highly recommend heading out and leaving your map behind, unlike most other cities Venice gets even better the more "lost" you get.  Lose the crowds and stumble across authentic Osterie (restaurants) that don't have their menus translated into seven different languages.
