Niki Mou's "Naturally Luxurious" philosophy resonates throughout 230 square meters of tranquil interiors and 550 square meters of open spaces, porches and verandas.  Polished stones floors flow throughout providing a sensual connection to the environment. Beautiful gardens lead you down to a secluded pebble beach, allowing total freedom to move from the stunning salt water infinity pool* to the crystal blue waters of the sea beyond. 

Four large bedrooms spread over three floors. Each room is air-conditioned, en-suite and leads to a personal veranda,  providing the private spot for you to greet the morning with a coffee or take some time for yourself during the day. Exquisitely appointed with pure comfort in mind, no expense has been spared for your ultimate relaxation.

Meal times are always a happy occasion, especially when on holiday and our dedicated cook will help you celebrate these precious moments. Wake up to a delicious breakfast served at a time that suits you. Indulge in late late lunches by the pool or fire up the bbq and make some unbeatable memories with Al Fresco feasts as the sun sets before you. Take time to sit on the bench under the ancient cedar tree that has been there for over 150 years. When you've had enough of soaking up the Cycladic sun, retreat to the breezy lounge furniture under the pergola or come inside and stretch out on the cool white sofas to watch TV, or simply get lost in the pages of a novel from the bookshelves.

Most people find it hard to leave the villa but we always try to encourage our guests to explore the many attractions of Paros. There are incredible beaches that cater to every need. Our staff will advise you which are well equipped and particularly suited to children, wild and windy for water sports or secret and secluded for maximim privacy and relaxation. Sports enthusiasts will love all the activities on offer nearby; kite-surfing, scuba diving, boat trips, cycle tours, horse riding and hiking trails to name but a few. For those looking to relax and re-connect to their well-being, we offer world class massage, personal training, Pilates, yoga and beauty treatments in the privacy of the villa. 

A five minute seaside stroll takes you to Alyki, a small and traditional fishing village that, unaffected by tourism, has retained all of its authentic island charm. Friendly cafes and lively tavernas hug the harbour as local fishing boats drift in and out. Make sure to visit Naoussa and stroll down the picturesque paved streets full of sophisticated shops and excellent restaurants. Antiparos is also a must for it's "secret getaway" vibe and slower pace but don't be fooled as you could easily find yourself rubbing shoulders with Hollywood stars and European royalty. 

* Please note that our state of the art ecological pool has it's own electrolysis machine that regulates the PH balance with a careful mixture of salt and chlorine. A security deposit is  required to guarantee your booking
